An interview about the commercial real estate leaders in South Bay

Embassy of today is the first of many interviews and discussions with experts in real estate or of local residents, which I intend to. Adamcyzk Matt is a senior partner Sachse Real Estate Company, Inc. is a resident of 18 years in South Bay. His areas of expertise are in shopping malls and retail for 18 years, he lived here.

TC: Matt, thanks for your time from your busy schedule to talk with us about commercial property. WhatMarket conditions are now available for commercial and retail centers?

I thank MA: your welcome and entertainment for the opportunity itself. Regarding the current market conditions are generally very difficult to say the least. As long as unemployment continues to rise and consumer confidence falling further, I believe that the market conditions to be challenged on at least one or two years.

Tony: I read recently that there is a record number of offers retail PCHHermosa Beach and Redondo Beach. This artifact is one of general economic conditions in our region?

Matt: Absolutely. Another problem could be that PCH is actually more of a corridor or hallway and not a business hub artirial as can be seen on Hawthorne Blvd.

Tony: With all these posts I assume that will reduce the rents? It 'just say?

Matt: I think so. Controlled rents in many areas of southern California have adaptedOver the past two years.

Tony: It 'very interesting. I bet anyone to enjoy, if this certificate.

Matt credibility with the fund companies are able to grow in this climate. Examples are super drugstores like CVS, Rite-Aid and Walgreens, the reflection on PCH in the Gulf South and clear long-term. Another example is the banks and credit unions. I have a new customer's credit union hopes to have five units for the years to addor thereabouts.

Tony: Recommendations for people genral hope to open stores?

Matt: If you think of shopping as an asset class, the best locations tend to be in areas that need to be anchored with chains of grocery stores. The traffic in these stores are usually not affected by an economic slowdown.
